    I have been using RoadRunner/Brighthouse for some time. I really do not like to have to have play games with my ISP and BH has been good about leaving me alone. I am disappointed in their tech support. If you call them, and know something about networks, ask for Tier 2 support immediately. Otherwise you end up dealing with someone that is obviously reading a script for each problem you pose them with. Unfortunately that is common these days.
