    My install went pretty fast. I did not care for the techs attitude toward my objections on him using the existing damaged barrel connector(pain had gotten inside it) and his solution to this problem was to toss a splitter on the outlet with a terminator on one connector and to tighten everything so tight to keep me from changing anything that he cracked the wall plate and I had to actually cut the cables to clean things up and replace the barrel connector.

    After fixing the less than stellar install my service has been rock solid. Signals are great, speeds acceptable.

    My biggest issue though is getting faster speeds through Brighthouse. They will not offer higher speeds to those who do not want to get their digital TV and phone service. Which really is kinda moronic in that it prevents them from making some extra money off me with unbundled rates and instead gets them the bare minimum.
