    Bright House is just a reseller of Road Runner. I have had triple play for a year and would say the service has been pretty good. I have 7mb internet, digital tv, and digital phone. A couple of times had downtime of less then 30 minutes. One time had downtime of about 7 hours. The tech support people are courteous but the telephone menu has a lot to be desired. Installation of the digital phone took 3 week to install due to miscommunication of scheduling. Internet connection is great, getting the advertised speed all the time. I don't use the Road Runner website or email so can't give a review.
