Consistently get 70 Mbps down and close to 6 Mbps up. These speeds are somewhat higher than what they advertise. Was able to get the user name and password for my cable modem via tech support after a somewhat comprehensive and lengthy identification process (this is a GOOD thing). Compared to a year ago, the phone support seems to be better than what it once was. Support personnel are either better trained or BHN did some house cleaning.
