I Was Disappointed BHN Started Charging For Their Modems But Every Company Does This So It Was Expected Sooner Or Later.
Upon Ordering The Triple Bundle, Two SA Explorer 3250 Set-Top Boxes Were Delivered Within 24 Hours Of Placing My Order.
Any Issues Are Handled Promptly By Their Customer Service Department, Often Same Day Or Within 24 Hours.
