I have been with CWU for quite a while now. The service has never gone down since I've had it. There are so many options available: set outbound CID, multiple registrations, multiple sub-accounts, incoming SIP calls, and many others.
The thing that set them apart is the amazing customer service. The best I have encountered in all of my VoIP trials. Email reply is prompt, and also diligent. Every issues is worked on till it's resolved. They will even call you if need be, to figure things out.
My personal opinion is that they would be one of the best providers around if they had a few more DID options, and also included voicemail in the pricing. But for now they remain my number 1 choice for all my outbound calls.
