THey promised em the instasllation within 10 days because i already have DSL from Bellatlantic and they just need to switch it over. THat was BS.
They forgot about me for almost a month and never answered my emails. FInally when I threatened to cancel they said oh no it is scheduled for 4/18 and it woudl be a shame to cancel now. 4/18 came and I took a day off to wait for the instal guys.. they never showed up. When I sent an email to a bunch of them each replied that 4/18 is wrong but each replied with a different date... Can you imagine what kind of operation this is? Beware this company , you might have to wait like me.
Oh by the way these guys are so messed up that since i have been using their dialup I noticed they have their access list are such that some of their phone numbers do not have access to the newsgroups... I told them about it so they can fix it but never got a reply and this was never fixed....
I have proof of all this in form of emails they sent.. let me know and I will gladly provide this.
