Hello,
I'd like to tell you about the great group of people at Speedsl.com in the
Los Angeles area.
I dropped my service with Flashcom due to their complete lack of customer
service and support. I started my service with Speedsl in January. I can
reach a "real" person anytime I need, in fact they have assigned a customer
service representative and a technical support rep. to me. I am new to all
this technology and Speedsl and their support staff have been more than
helpful and sensitive to my needs.
I have service at my office and a VPN set up to my home. Speedsl has been
instrumental in setting up and maintaining service to both locations. They
have acted as a liaison to the router company and the telecom company.
If you want great customer service forget about all other DSL providers and
go with Speedsl!
