    I oredered on 8/24 and downloaded the soft phone to use until my adapter came. Well the soft phone worked and sounded like crap. My adapter showed up not in a professional box but I usps mail bag. Well it didn't work. Call them and they said some one would call me. Call them back after 24 hrs and wait. They answer the phone and place me on hold. I told them don't worry about fixing I will just cancel. I maybe used 10 minutes of time. My 1st venture into VOIP and it didn't go well.
