    It has now been one month from the date PSN.net deducted money from my account.

    I am pleased to say that just last week I got a photocopied "Dear Subscriber" letter from them in the mail.

    There has been no schedule for installation of anything.

    There was an equipment problem of some sort. No one can tell me what it was.

    I am still waiting. I will keep you updated on this dilemma.
