Update (Oct - 09) Still going strong. Swapped a DID from one account to another with out any issues. Just so used to the nope cannot do it response from other providers, yet once again, CallCentric delivered.
UPDATE (March - 09) - Just received an email that they now offer CallerID with CNAME. What a pleasant surprise. With a range of other new nifty features. This company is probably the best VOIP and communication company I have dealt with across 2 continents. End to end excellence. Keep up the fantastic work guys.
What can I say, finally, a VOIP company that gets it and is not some fly-by-night operation. Have been through A to Z in voip providers, I wanted a solid yet affordable provider and they provide it. With call centric I have received more than that; a platinum service with extremely reasonable pricing.
At first I was skeptical about per minute pricing but once I ran the figures I realized I have been getting ripped off by these unlimited only providers. Their DID pricing is also very well priced
Porting my number was painless and contacting support was a breeze. I usually cringe at having to deal with support staff, who either don't know what they are on about, or just stick to scripts. Definitely not the case with Call Centric. Never want to go through a sunrocket situation again.
Bottom Line: I am extremely happy with both the service and their top-notch customer service. I could not ask for more from these guys.
