Can't believe it's almost 5 months after switching a small business account to CC. Absolutely reliable, never have to worry about getting over charged.

My first and current VOIP provider. Very reliable since 10/2007, excellent web interface. New features added constantly. Excellent communications with customers through emails. Supporting ticks responded promptly. Refunded all money for not supported features (e.g., FAX).

Callcentric has been proven not only a great provider for residential but also for small business. $8.95 unlimited DID for small business worked great for me.

Please check into that; if it is and they can terminate without notice.
