They have added more call treatments such as Call Hunt and SimRing that really help with routing my calls where I want them. Also, handling spammers is much easier being able to create a group list and have one rule to send all listed callers to a line disconnected message.
Just when I think I had everything covered, I loose service because their data center gets shut down in preparation for Hurricane Sandy to hit NYC. Poor disaster recovery (non-existent).
