I tested out CallCentric a few months ago, but had never heard of it before and decided to go with AT&T VOIP. That was a bad choice »Review of AT&T (Business Services) by williamthril0 . I have now fully ported our main business line to CallCentric and couldn't be happier. The lines forward automatically in the evening and on weekends using their call treatments, and their rates are rock bottom. I was spending almost $300 on 6 VOIP lines with AT&T, and now only spend about $50 for unlimited outgoing and 6 incoming channels.
Call quality is better than POTS if you have the bandwidth for it, otherwise using low quality, high efficiency codecs still produces good results.
I don't think I have had to wait more than 20mins for a tech support question, and the replies are extremely helpful. They usually resolve my issue on the first response and if they don't, they stay with you and go above and beyond for you to trouble shoot. I cannot express how refreshing this is coming from AT&T.
