Well after some thoughts I decided to give CC a try.
A ran to a few issues very quick. If I wanted to allow incoming calls from CC but without guest enable is not possible which I do not allow... I also was unable to lock my iptables to CC meaning I only allow incoming and outgoing on my pbx server to the carriers I use... with CC this is almost impossible since they use redundant DNS. I decided to use CC for outgoing calls and voip.ms for incoming...and so far CC has been rock solid. The quality is good and I have not had one issue.
I am unable to rate tech support since I have not used them.
Update:
I just submitted a ticket to CC for tech support due to a misconfiguration in my part... well sort of. I didnt know that CC requires all 11 digits to dial out so I had to configure my dial plan to exten => _NXXNXXXXXX,n,Dial(SIP/callcentric/1${EXTEN}) all working now....
Now here is the catch! I submitted the ticket today Sunday Oct 30th @ 9:48PM and they responded within an hour! Holly S***! Now that's technical support! in their response was very knowledgeable of the situation. Good job CC!
Update 11/03/12:
After the past event (Natural Disaster "Sandy")CC show that they are not a reliable company as they did not prepare ahead for this hurricane. It also show that they are not hosted in a professional grade DC as they had no type of power.
