I have been a customer for about a year now and up until the Past month with first a DDS attach and then the Hurricane Sandy disaster I always though of them as the Best in the Business. I think they got caught off guard with a total Power outage and now backup generators or back up site.
I will not pass too much judgement on them as there past history indicates they are a good VOIP provider and will learn from this and be better for it.
