cc sounds good, and is generally reliable. I use it for outgoing calls.

But it doesn't do the job for me because it does not have an IVR,
and it looks like they have painted themselves into a corner, with
equipment (high-quality stuff maybe) that makes it difficult to
add an IVR (I am just paraphrasing what the cc rep has said).

It also looks like they will continue to have all their equipment
at one physical location, which seems odd.

Somebody once suggested, as a way to estimate what your situation
is, to ask yourself: What are you going to do when you can't do what
you are doing now?

Other voip providers would answer: switch to another server at a
distant location that is not affected by the problems at this
location.

cc's answer would have to be: shut down.
