I was an early adopter when owner did site surveys himself. Fairly high cost of service compared to national and adjacent markets - $69/month for no speed commitment service (ie., best available) capped at I Mbps.

My business depended upon connection being available during a limited but critical period each week. I experienced a number of outages and that impacted the business. When I emailed asking for attention to the service issues, Roadstar cut off my Internet connectivity without even speaking to me.

I had to move on immediately to keep my business afloat.
