I placed my order on 3/10 and at that time they told me my install date wouldn't be until 4/28!!! Someone showed up on 3/22 to test the line, they said it tested fine and all I had to do was wait until my install appointment. I then called Ameritech and asked why I had to wait so long if there was no problems with the line.(They didn't have an answer) But they did push up my install date to 4/8
My next problem was that when I placed my order I was told I would be recieving an external modem, but when they came for the install they only had and internal modem with them. I called Ameritech this morning and spoke to someone in Tech Suport and they were no help at all. But they did take my name and phone number and said someone would be calling in back later today.(I'll keep you posted when I find out more)
Over all I am happy with Ameritech. I got the 768/128 package and I have not had I problem with my connection yet.
