Great price, tech support and very reliable service
No complaints so far other than the lack of publicity for this service
Great value and knowledgeable support make this a great competitor to the status quo companies.

I have the 5 meg package from Caneris and so far it has been as very reliable. I've had to deal with support only once and it was smooth all the way. I was helped without all the scripted responses and normal hassles that come with calling tech support.

I decided to switch because of multiple run-ins with my age old ISP. Their tech support would not recognize that I had a faulty modem, and I was left with half dead hardware for over 3 months. I'm very happy with Caneris because the one problem that I had was solved within an hour by people who treat me as if i actually posses a brain. Caneris delivered. I've not had any connection drops since i started a little over a month ago and my speed has been consistent.

There's nothing to complain about so far. Highly recommended.

Caneris

I've been a Caneris user for approximately 1 month now and so far their service has been excellent.

Tech support has been a big plus. The support I got during my setup was stellar. Fast, knowledgeable and professional. Pretty much the antithesis of what I was getting from Rogers.

The service itself is a great deal for the money. It may be a bit slower than my 7Mb Rogers connection, but at $20 less per month it's totally worth the move. Additionally, I've received notification from them that 18MB download speeds are right round the corner, I'm sure at a much better rate than Bell would ever charge.

Another bonus is the lack of port throttling. My main hobby online is torrents and so far they’ve been they're fast, fast, fast. Faster than my Rogers connection, even when using the port 1755 trick. Torrents are a big plus for Caneris.

Bottom line is, I highly recommend Caneris. They've been excellent in every way and plan to stay with them as long as they'll have me!!

Re: Caneris

ME again folks, just to clarify, I made a mistake in my last post. Caneris isn't about to offer 18MB d/l speeds, what they're actually offering is 180GB download cap.

Guess I read what I was wishing for sorry.

They still rule though, and 18MB d/l's will be here sometime soon. When is currently unknown.

Cheers to all
