I have had my DSL for about 3 weeks now and just love it. I have tweaked it so it is working and working fast. The only problem I had was at the beginning(before install) I was going to put it on one of my business lines in my home. I have two lines hunting. Well the office did not tell me that hunting will not work with DSL on it. I found out the hard way with hunting disconnected (which I did not know was going to happen) my business phone was busy for a few days. Once I got that straightened out I put DSL on my dedicated fax line and it works fine. I have a direct line from the phone box to the computer for DSL (I recommend this for anyone putting in DSL there is a lot less problems. As far as speed I get 1236.4 est. line speed and 151.5 Kbytes/sec download speed. So far I am very happy. There have been a few instances where email did not work or was impaired and a few instances where DSL was impaired, but over all I am very happy with speed and service. I have not called customer service because I know there is a long wait. There is enough information online to tweak and getting to run at peak performance.
