    My Other Reviews·Comcast
I consider reliable email service to be the foundation of any ISP. Unfortunately, since AT&T farmed out their email to Yahoo! things have gone rapidly downhill. Their email servers are either completely dysfunctional (e.g. today I received none of my email, on any of my accounts), or are so slow that they issue error messages when trying to check for mail.

Just PATHETIC. If you need reliable email service look elsewhere for an ISP.

    Must just be you....

I've had this service for 8 years. I've gone from Pacbell to sbcglobal to AT&T/Yahoo back to AT&T and I've only had 2 major email/service outages. One was my fault, the other was an AT&T issue.

I started with 768/96 DSL and today am getting 3/512 for only $5/mo more then what I was paying for the 768/96 service back then.

I'd ask about this in the AT&T Direct Forum. They have techs there who can do amazing things without your needing to jump through hoops to get things resolved.

Good luck on your email issue.
