I've had about 10 different ISPs over the past 15 years and NPG Cable is in the top three for me. I currently pay about $85 a month for 15/2 plus unlimited VOIP. There are no caps on data. Given the move to caps by the larger ISPs, this makes NPG Cable's service stand out. The installer was quick and knew what he was doing. I didn't order TV service since I have DirecTV. The installer said that he rarely comes across installs that don't include TV also. Because of this he didn't have a filter to put on the line so I actually am getting basic cable for free. Which is fantastic since I can't get my local channels on DirecTV. I have only had a few down times since moving to their service area 7 months ago. Each time was for less than a couple hours. I always get the full 15/2 advertised, even during peak usage times.
