I've been a lurker on this site for a few years. I decided to post a review after I saw the other review from the Moriarty area where I as well live. I had to live with Hughes dish internet since it was my only option in my area for the longest time. I heard about wii power from my electric co-op so I decided to give it a try. I just needed a decent enough connection to make my ooma voip system work - I tried it with hughes but it did not work because of high latency. I went with a year contract in order to get the free install. The service was down a few days after the install and again last December but other than that it's been working great for me. My tested speeds are 1.2 down and 530 up - very close to advertised speeds for my plan. I would advise the other reviewer to keep calling the company until they get his problems resolved. The tech that installed tested everything off a tripod beofre installing anything on my house.
