Late last year (about the time VOIPO was ending the closed beta) I was looking to ditch Verizon's $65/month land line with unlimited long distance bill. VOIPO fit the bill. Signing up on their web site was quick and easy-- and they had an adapter out to me in the mail the next day. 2-3 days later the adapter had arrived-- it took 15 minutes or so to get things set up on my home network the way I wanted them, and I was up and running... about as simple as it could possibly be.
Since I wanted to keep my existing phone number, I had to go through Verizon's porting process. VOIPO helped immensely with this as well-- they emailed a few documents to me which I printed out, signed, and faxed back to them. They took care of the rest on their end, and even provided me with a temporary phone number to use while I was waiting for the port process to finalize.
Overall, I am satisfied with the performance of my VoIP line from VOIPO, and at this point plan to pay for service with them for another year when my current year expires. I'm happy with the phone line features, and am very satisfied with the price.
