We had cut the land line thinking we could just use cell phones. However, to save more money had to cut back on unlimited cell minutes so got Voipo to supplement that. Ordered on-line and about a week later received the device to plug into network. Had to contact Voipo support to get a couple minor configurations issues taken care of, but they did it quickly. Have had about a month now so time will tell.
