"Definitely a better alternative to Satellite or Dial-up for the most part"
"Seems they're trying to implement an invisible cap and not informing their customers until after they breach it"
"A good company for the most part, but swiftly falling down the same hole others have in regards to not stating caps in place."

I've had Millenicom for over a year now. Overall, my experience with them has been satisfactory, and I still do recommend them over other EVDO providers, and definitely over Satellite. However, in recent months they have been steadily failing at customer support and transparency of their policies in regards to downloading limitations. Customers (those with Verizon upstream provider anyways) have been lately receiving emails telling them to curtail their usage if they go over 10GB download in a month. At the same time they claim to be unlimited. This is a direct contradiction and they cannot legally do this, but they're trying to anyways.
Also, they do not have their own tech support. Being a 3rd party provider for Mobile Broadband, they have to hire a call center to handle tech support issues, which I've recently had problems with. My experience has been bad, but others have had no issues. We'll see what happens in the future.
