Congested Towers on Verizon, Poor 3rd party tech support

UPDATE 5: August 25, 2010. Started to receive "Authentication Errors".."Remote Computer not responding" and "password/username/authentication issue".....Tech support was stumped by this. Got slapped on the wrist by Millenicom
for contacting Verizon directly after Michelle at MC tech support didn't follow up on problem.
Cable High Speed internet is coming Sept 12
from Charter.

UPDATE 4: August 3, 2010. I have to give tech support a notch down. Millenicom's third party tech support has the knowledge to troubleshoot......but.....they need improvement in followup.
The last support call identified themselves as "Innovative Support Solutions" (Michelle)
sometimes there seems to be a lack of communication between them
and Verizon....
I also got a snoddy call from Dennis Castle the day after I called Verizon myself about the issue. NEVER CALL VERIZON DIRECTLY they
said.

Speeds

compuguybna , I too switched from wildblue to Millenicom! Best move I have made. Some times the speeds slow down and I would think it's due to tower conjestion at 6:00pm to about 11:00pm. All in All, it's a good service.

Charter actually built out their network? How are you liking it? compared to the wireless
