    I've repeatedly called about them not using baseline privacy. I've only recieved a call back once and was told that if they enabled it speeds would drop and customers would call to complain.

    I'm just waiting to see them get hit with a lawsuit from an identity theft case...

    Just wondering wtf you are talking about with Baseline Privacy? I hate broadstripe as much as the next guy, but to my knowledge none of my information is available to anybody else?

    When he is saying "baseline privacy" it has nothing to do with your billing information. He is saying that their data security, for anything that you do online, is not as strong as their contemporaries, which is something that should be a major concern for anyone.
