I have had Broadstripe/Millenium for over 2 years now. I have called or emailed about 20-25 times about service issues with no resolution. They seem to be unwilling to diagnose intermittent service issues. Most problems seem to happen outside of business hours so that by the time I get a chance to give them a call, there isn't anything to diagnose.
Right now I am getting packet loss to both yahoo and google, ping times in the 100ms-200ms range. I am supposed to have 15mbps/2mbps but I can only get 3mbit/.5mbit transfer rates. Watching a video on youtube is almost impossible.
The problem is that I know in a couple of hours it will be fine. Even if I call them, setup a technician to come out, there will be nothing to diagnose. They need to do their own monitoring and analysis and fix these issues, this shouldn't be my job.
