    I have used MyPhoneCompany [MPC] with the Bring Your Own Device [BYOD] plan for multiple years now. It is a reasonably priced service with better than average quality. The web site provides easy management of your account.

    Over the years, I have experienced a few outages. Most were in the early time frame when staffing was limited to weekdays. Email responses to problems during weekends were delayed, although I always found my issue was being addressed and corrected in a reasonable time frame. I have found both billing and technical support during normal service hours to be competent and quick to respond. Emails are answered professionally.

    I did originally try MPC with their regular residential plan, but after evaluating the service, opted to use my own devices. I had _no_ problem returning the equipment and changing to the BYOD plan.

    20080617 - Still just reliable on my BYOD plan! Still there... that's saying something in the world of VoIP competition.

    20090109 - Still providing excellent and reliable service.

    20091101 - My final review having just canceled service; _only_ because of a ridiculously low-priced Aaaaaaa's Plan from AAAAa offered only to early beta testers of their service. MPC was an extremely reliable BYOD provider for me for several years with little reason to ever contact support. I thank MPC for that quality service and would still highly recommend their BYOD service.
