The install took an hour, very professional installer.
When i signed up, they were in the process of finishing the installation of another Fiber connection, well found out it's a GIGABIT connection.
Well they switched me over today Jan 20, 2012, to the new fiber, and man!! Banging 6Mb + downloads. Running NetFlix is smooth. I'm getting a NetTalk for my VOIP. They allow me to test one, and calls were clear. Much better than a MajicJack, and no computer needed, just plug into the home router.
They may have had problems a few years ago, but their service is top notch now.
Bummer their closed on weekend, but everyone deserves a life too. They have standby tech's for issues on weekends.
I'm glad i ditched the other ISP, "TheSkyBeam", that was a total nightmare.
