    I don't have time to give a detailed diary of my whole order and install process but I can say that Telocity has been great. Used tech-support once and they fixed a connection problem in about 12 hours (should've taken 24-48 hours). Linked the DSL to 4 separate computers using a 10/100 base router in our small office and still receive a combined peek download speed of about 880 kbps. Install was so quick and modem almost configured itself!! This is definitely a great deal to buy into if you want highspeed internet access and can wait 3 to 6 weeks for installation. It took us only 3 weeks from the date of purchase to the day the DSL line worked.
