SPEAKEASY.net was extremely prompt in emailing me confirmation of two new accounts I want to establish - one business, one residential. After their original automated response, I never heard from them again. I emailed them several times, followed up with several calls and - nothing. DSL reports was very responsive in that they even forwarded my problems directly to the President of SPEAKEASY.net. No response. There are many other ISP's out there - although this WAS the third one to refuse to accept my business.
