Not being able to find a Korean speed-test site, I'm unsure of my speeds. I know I'm higher than the US-based download speeds due to the speeds I get on well-seeded torrents.
All I know is:
Very stable connection ~$37/month Download speeds have been as high as 60mbit down, at least 10mbit up. Downloading a movie in 3 minutes is very cool (when I can get a torrent that's seeded well enough, and after tweaking Vista to get those speeds with torrents).
Install was easy, the guy even waited around for 10 minutes because I was late. There is no equipment, I just plug my Ethernet cable into the wall port. It would appear however, that I am behind some sort of NAT.
It's been nothing but good experiences so far.
