    My Other Reviews·T-Mobile US
Cable Modem Services provided by LG Dacom. I live on a Military post and the cable system is operated and owned by MWR Cable (Military). Because of that the maximum speed that can be provided on-post is 10/1 for $60 for unlimited use. The residential homes (just across the street) are getting FTTH 100 Mbps for about $50 a month. When i acquired about why we cant get higher speeds this is what i was told:

    1. The US Govt believes that the speeds already offered (10/1 Mbps) are fast enough and that there is no need for more bandwidth.

    and

    2. Because the cable system is so old and outdated (premium channels are still analog scrambled) it would be impossible to provide higher bandwidth services. (Korea Wide)

Overall this is the best we can get and cant complain about it to much. Latency/Ping to the US is not bad. I play World of Warcraft and my ping to the West Coast server (Frostmourne Oceanic) avereges arround 300-400. Worth the money but i am still a little jealous for not getting the FTTH that is so close but far away .

    0.13 meg up, - .37 meg down.
terrible sign of the times and shows the extent of BT market failure in rural areas.
