Wow! I can't believe it's almost a year since I signed up with Future Nine. I have had no issues with service: Customer support is top class, zero billing errors, excellent call quality, no downtime. I cannot stress enough how happy I am with this company.
With the Internet so integral to our lives these days, it has also brought to light poor quality service; shoddy practices from some companies, and a general malaise from businesses in sectors who deal with customer services, & support. However, the Internet now also affords us, as consumers, to seek each other out in Forums: Discuss these issues together, and find solutions - such as moving services to another provider.
Where I with Bell Canada for telephone service, I would be paying more, for less, and getting poor customer service.
I am so happy I am with a good company; a fair company, and an honest company. Bravo, Nitzan!

First of all, about my ratings:
1. Their web site isn't as slick as Callcentric, but it's not the worst I have used. It does give reports on calls made, invoices, etc. So I gave them an average rating on that.
2. Call quality - Excellent. Just as good as Callcentric, with both calls to Canada & the UK.
3. Reliability - No problems so far. Seems good.
I found Future-nine right here on DSLR. They looked like they offered an interesting product. Similar to Callcentric: PAYG & BYOD, but with calls charged, on average, about 50% cheaper than Callcentric - Approximately 1 cent per minute outgoing to Canada & USA &, I believe, 1 cent a minute Internationally to UK landlines, specifically - Other international rates vary.
If you elect for the PAYG account & buy a DID, you get 3000 minutes incoming a month (According to their web site) - So you are really only paying for outgoing - This is far superior to Callcentric.
Setup was easy enough using my PAP2. They have various payment methods: Google checkout & Paypal were two I noticed. They charged my account by $15 - Minimum payment using Paypal.
There is no setup fee for the PAYG account - Don't know if that will change as they move to finished product. Canadian DID price: $5 for my area code plus $2 set up fee.
If you enjoy tinkering with VOIP, by all means sign up & give them a shot. You could save $$$'s on your existing service.
Overall a fantastic service, great call quality, brilliant tech support. I am very happy to have signed up with future-nine.
