A few months ago I switched to the PAYG plan as I barely use the phone to make local phone calls. Almost all calls are to international destinations.
The service has been extremely reliable. I think it has been down just once in the last 6 months. However, it might have been the SPA-2102. Service was restored once it was bounced.
I call to different destinations worldwide, and I have not seen any other provider or calling card that offered a lower rate. FN is by far the cheapest.
Having just one service as a local phone provider and calling card to be used from cellphones is a huge convenience.

Ported over completely from JoiPhone. I have been a FN (Future-Nine) PAYG Customer for over 2.5 years, and recently upgrade to Bare Essentials.
Setting up the unlocked SPA-2102 was extremely easy and a new number was assigned to me within hours of upgrading.
Making and receiving calls work as expected; not that different from JoiPhone. Awesome international rates (although Premium has changed a few times).
FN's calling card feature is awesome. No PIN dialings, no per call fees, no 3-minute rounding, etc. You can pretty much call from anywhere, by using VoIP HW, software or by dialing to their calling card hubs. I use my PC, Android phone and of course the SPA-2102 to make and receive phone calls.
I wish they provided a scheduled payment process. On the bright side they accept Google Checkout.
Very happy with the service so far.
