Onesuite has all the features I need for a prepaid phone card like pinless dialing, phone book, online access, etc.
It also has VoIP and fax to email service and both are still pay as you go. Pretty handy specially for someone who doesn't live in the U.S. as I only need an internet connection to use those features.
Their rates though not the cheapest around but still competitive when compare to other similar service like Skype. Customer service is open 24/7 both for phone and email support. I prefer phone support because I don't like to wait for my inquiry or issue at hand.
