2006 and 2007 were great. No problems.
2008, 2009, 2010? 32 days with problems. That comes out to one problem ever 34 days. That is the highest rate of problems I've ever had. I can barely go a month or two without having to call them to fix my line.
As an update... In 2012 & 2013 the amount of problems I had went down.
2012 downtime: 5 minutes all year, at 2:30AM one night.
2013 downtime: 16 hrs as of July 27th.
And then in 2011, the billing issues began. My billing service is partially responsible for screwing things up. But then we got double bills. Then we accidentally paid one. Then I asked for a billing inquiry. Did I get a response? Yes. I got a response telling me they'd send me the billing report. It never came. I sent more emails. I sent more. And more. More than 2 weeks went by. I even tried calling their billing department, and there was no answer!
They advertise 24/7 tech support, but if you call in the middle of the night it's frequent that nobody answers?
These guys are friendly, competent, and courteous. Sometimes I feel that they aren't providing good support for their customers.
However, they do let you actually use your line, and when it works, it's nice.
