about 60 days "Unlimited internet" "Start-up process, Customer Service, dropped calls, call quality" "Internet is okay but VoIP service is not worth getting"

The process to have the internet connection established was a nightmare with several technical issues with dry DSL connections, Bell number/account transfer, and internet disconnections. The first couple of months of service was extremely poor. The most notable was the horrendous quality of customer service ranging from lack of knowledge to unprofessionalism. However, despite the irritating hassle of fighting to make them get the service up and running, there have been no problems since. The internet speeds have been usually consistent (ACN offers up to 6 mbps download speeds. Speedtest shows over 4 mbps). The unlimited data in an era of capped usage makes it easy on the wallet.
The VoIP service was so poor that we had to revert back to the landline phone (still provided by ACN). The number of dropped calls became intolerable. The call quality was also unacceptable. The cheap price for VoIP was not worth the value provided.
The original VoIP with unlimited high speed internet service ordered was $36.99 (plus taxes). Now we pay $37.99 for the internet with $21.99 phone landline with call waiting (no voicemail, call display or 3-way).
