We got the service in 2008, the install process was under an hour. We are paying $61.95 for 2mb down 512k up.
UPDATE: Attached a speed test of their great service in action. This has been going on for 5 months and all we have been told are lies. We had the same problems in 2009/2010, it took them almost a year to fix it. We have called tech support many times and every single time we get a new story. Also don't dare post anything negative on their Facebook because they will block you without warning. Such a mature company. Maybe they will learn when customers start to leave.
