Free long distance, easy to install. Feature rich device.
Customer/Tech Support not U.S. based. Previous prices were too high for me to purchase before.
Find it on sale.

Ordered new Telo. $50 off and free shipping found via Ooma forum link. Total paid $99.99.

Ordered on a Sunday and received on Friday via UPS.

Simple to install. Came with 6' flat Ethernet cable. I wanted to put it on a credenza in my home office next to my phone base so I purchased a 14' flat Ethernet cable locally.

Call are clear. Sound like landline quality. I have 24Mbps speed down and everything so far is flawless.

I like the free 2 month trial of Premiere. It's $9.99 a month plus the $3.72 in taxes. Basic service is just taxes. Can enter zip code to find tax amount in in your area. Even at about $14 a month with Premiere service, it sure beats the $40 I am paying for landline with call waiting, CID, etc. Can also enter a calculator link to see how long it takes to pay for itself. I'll be saving $30 a month even with Premiere so it will pay for itself in a little over 3 months.

I was concerned about power outages during spring and summer storms but it will roll calls automatically to cell phone and I can always get a UPS.
