    Marc Wietzke here. I ordered 640/128 at $49/month. The set up went through in three weeks and the modem initialized as soon as I figured out that I couldn't connect through my caller-ID box, which the manual didn't tell me. I only paid the $25 for shipping of the modem. That's it for install costs. Speed seems to be testing at 510 to 530 on DSLreports. I tried calling technical support once and after 17 minutes 54 seconds on hold, I gave up. Two emails have gone unanswered for two days now. All in all, definitely worth getting away from AT&T dial up.
