I've had voip.ms for several months now, I also have 3 DID's and i pay around $15 monthly for them. I also have the Cisco PAP2T-NA and use a phone and a fax machine, the phoneline offered with them is great. The fax machine will take some tinkering and isn't officially supported. Their customer service is stellar, they do resolve any issues you have in a timely manner. all and all this is a very good VoIP provider if you are thinking of going the VoIP route for home phone.
