I've been with voip.ms for just over a year now. When I first signed up, I was a bit overwhelmed with all the options and wasn't sure if I was making the correct choices. Since then, voip.ms has set up a wiki with documentation that tells you how to use the service with various hardware and software solutions. The web site is also functional but not very intuitive. The community here has been very helpful in getting the most out of the service. I'm enjoying saving 90% of what I used to pay every month and will never be able to go back to POTS.
