Switched from my cable phone provider to voip.ms 2 years ago. My monthly phone bill has dropped $40 per month. Configuration is a little tricky but voip.ms has configuration examples for common voip adapters. Service works as advertised and call quality is great. Voicemail to Email, ring multiple phones at once (cell and/or landline), the options are almost endless depending upon what you want.
Have had to call tech support only once, they answered quickly and helped me out with my issue.
