Voip.ms has worked very well for me for the past few years that I have used it.
I recently ported our old pstn number to Voip.ms, and it brings with it the junk that accumulates around a number that has existed for a while, but Voip.ms has let me do away with the call screening I had to do when the number was with Bell and I could no longer stand the telemarketers. The caller id filter lets through people I want to hear from and the IVR keeps out telemarketers and mentally ill people.
Loads of servers if the one you are using has a problem, but mine has had no problems and no noticeable latency.
And Voip.ms came through last October when it had to.
An excellent company.
