I was originally with nutnbut.net internet and ody.ca took over. I haven't had any issues with ody.ca itself but issues related with bell. It took multiple tickets and even the CEO of ody coming to my house!
At the end of the day and a lot of emails back and forth.. the issue was clearly all bell. I was on a bad port .
Overall Ody has been great. I am on a older plan which has been download quota but no complaints from me.
