After posting a few of the problems yesterday, I entirely expected to get some sort of response today. Heck, I'd left a voicemail with the highest person in the company yesterday - the CEO. Peter (the CEO) has posted several times to this forum in reply to bad ratings his company was given. He always says something along the lines of email or call him and he will take care of the problem. Maybe he's out of town, but he's sure not taking care of anything at the moment. I sent an email to him, Rob, Jim, Cheryl, and the entire Customer Care department today, and yet again absolutely no responses.

For those of you that are thinking of signing up with this company, the sales department up there sounds great. Unfortunately, the rest of the company can't seem to get their act together enough to actually get anything done.

Stay away!
